Biography:

Mr. Pepper grew up in Taft, TN. He is a graduate of Lincoln County High School and Calhoun Community College. He was employed for 11 years with Red Food and Bi-Lo grocery chains across the mid-south region as the Director of Produce. In 1991, he began his career at Fushi/Copperweld. He is a deacon and treasurer at West Fayetteville church of Christ. Mr. Pepper served as a Fayetteville City Alderman from 1998 to 2002 and was re-elected in 2007 for another four-year term. He and his wife, Donna, have two daughters, Kayla and Marlayna.
